Job summary

V2X Inc in Kuwait City is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and procurement specialist to manage government material workflows, acquisitions, and financial processes. The role involves using Maximo, IFS, and GCSS-A to track orders, validate requirements, and prepare records.

You will coordinate with suppliers, handle invoices, and maintain compliant documentation, with CAC eligibility and U.S. citizenship often required for security clearances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• GCSS-A Certification preferred; if not, complete training within 90 days.
• CAC eligible and/or able to obtain CAC.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• One-year related experience may substitute for education if degree required.
• Experience in military or commercial supply management systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automated financial and accounting systems.
• IFS and Maximo experience is desired.
• MS Office with Excel skills; training materials development ability.
• Strong analytical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Screens and validates acquisitions throughout the entire LCV KU TO.
• Validates acquisitions’ financial and contractual compliance.
• Submits customer acquisitions and tracks orders in Maximo, IFS, and GCSS-A system.
• Coordinates, reconciles, and expedites materiel/equipment acquisitions.
• Accesses DLA Logistics systems to track incoming shipments.
• Performs receipt transactions in Maximo, IFS, and GCSS-A system.
• Validates and processes suppliers' invoices for approval and payments.
• Maintains files per governing rules, including archiving records in GCSS-Army.
• Runs daily reports in MAXIMO, IFS, GCSS-A.
• Runs warehouse stock/re-order analysis and stockage level reviews.
• Submits replenishment orders in Maximo and GCSS-A.
• Prepare, read, and analyze records and reports to execute actions.
• Perform other duties as required.
