Job summary

Namaa in Kuwait City is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage daily maintenance across sites and act as the main liaison between operations, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors. You will ensure requests are assigned, tracked, and resolved while keeping work orders, vendor follow-ups, and expenses organized.

The role requires 4+ years in facilities coordination, strong English and Arabic communication, and the ability to handle multiple orders and urgent on-call issues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in facilities coordination or a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic communication.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work orders, technicians, vendors and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills for both field and admin tasks.
• Ability to read site layouts and basic facility plans.
• Willingness to provide on-call support for urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities and maintenance activities across sites.
• Serve as the main liaison between operations teams, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure maintenance requests are assigned, tracked, and resolved.
• Maintain payment trackers and financial reports for expenses and invoices.
• Balance field site visits with office administrative tasks.
• Log, track, and close out work items using computer tools.
