Job summary

V2X Inc in Kuwait City is seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead a secure, compliant workplace. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of facilities maintenance experience with 3-5 years working with Johnson Controls Metasys Building Management Systems.
• 5-7 years of experience planning, laying out, and installing electrical distribution in accordance with the NEC.
• Knowledge of electrical systems including secondary distribution and interior systems.
• Strong knowledge in a skilled trade (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• US Citizenship and Security clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure workplace.
• Set the example for respect, responsibility and integrity.
• Ensure consistent communication and coordination with the ASG-KU DPW and the Communications Battalion.
• Support the Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager with subcontractor oversight; HR; create a positive environment that is fair, inclusive and ethical; inspire and motivate employees by recognizing achievement; counsel, coach and mentor.
• Provide technical/operational guidance to ensure compliance with the PWS while delivering results.
• Conduct and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Evaluate all maintenance requests, set priorities, and process work assignments.
• Monitor operations of the Facilities Maintenance staff; prepare daily/monthly schedules.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Conduct training on life, safety, health and other programs.
• Provide reports on life, safety, health, quality, and maintenance issues.
