Job summary

Al Mulla Group in Kuwait City is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations across all premises and staff accommodations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

You will manage maintenance projects, coordinate with contractors, plan preventive schedules, and safeguard environmental and regulatory requirements, while leading a team to maintain clean, safe workplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, with valid KSE membership.
• 5–7 years in facilities maintenance or related technical field.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and managing third-party contractors (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure resources are in proper working order and available for operations.
• Oversee maintenance of physical spaces and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Review and process work order requests; resolve problems quickly.
• liaise with staff, authorities, or contractors to resolve problems.
• Finalize drafts and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards follow Kuwait law and company standards; assign subordinates.
• Plan and participate in emergency preparedness planning.
• Collaborate with departments to support environmental permits and quality standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and reorders.
• Ensure SHE norms across all premises.
• Provide timely suggestions and feedback to aid department development.
