Job summary

A Kuwait-based organization is seeking a procurement-oriented FF&E professional to source and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes across hospitality and F&B projects. • Strong supplier and vendor management experience.

Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

To source and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes, fabrics, lighting, art, and accessories across hospitality and F&B projects while working within an established design direction. The role involves maintaining materials and sample libraries, developing supplier relationships, managing sourcing documentation and specifications, monitoring procurement-related factors, and supporting the delivery of design solutions that align with project requirements and design intent.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related design discipline
• Proven experience in FF&E and materials sourcing within hospitality, F&B, retail, interior design, or related sectors
• Experience sourcing furniture, materials, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and accessories
• Strong supplier and vendor management experience
• Experience maintaining specifications, samples, pricing records, and sourcing documentation
• Ability to work independently within an established design direction
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Existing supplier relationships within the GCC or international markets are an advantage
• Working knowledge of contract-grade and residential specifications is preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized working style
