Job summary

La Plus Belle in Kuwait City seeks a General Manager to oversee operations of its luxury beauty, spa, and wellness center, driving service excellence, staff leadership, and financial performance.

You will lead a multicultural team, shape brand positioning, and ensure compliance with local regulations while delivering world-class guest experiences. The role requires strategic thinking and strong P&L management in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in a senior managerial role within beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness.
• Experience in luxury beauty, spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the beauty center, spa, and fitness facilities.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement SOPs and service standards.
• Lead budgeting, P&L, and financial planning.
• Identify opportunities for growth and partnerships.
• Lead, train, and motivate a large multicultural team.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and brand-building strategies.
