Job summary

Spa Kuwait, a leading luxury wellness destination, seeks an experienced Salon Manager to oversee all salon operations within a 5-star hotel setting. You will lead stylists and beauty therapists, ensure top hygiene standards, manage budgets, and drive guest satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, with a track record of building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences at a premium level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a salon management role within a reputable 5-star hotel or high-end salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor salon policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of stylists and beauty therapists, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling of appointments and staff, maximizing efficiency and minimizing wait times.
• Recruit, interview, and select qualified stylists and beauty therapists to join the team.
• Manage salon inventory and ensure timely re-stocking of essential products.
• Maintain accurate records of salon revenue and expenses.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with the Spa Director to ensure seamless integration of salon and spa services.
• Implement and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the salon.
• Stay up-to-date on trends in the beauty industry and incorporate them into service offerings.
• Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service before, during, and after their visit.
• Build strong relationships with guests and develop a loyal clientele.
