Job summary

La Plus Belle in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our brands, La Plus Belle Beauty Center and Bel Elan Studio. You will develop strategies to grow brand awareness and drive sales.

You will oversee digital campaigns, events, collaborations with agencies, and customer engagement programs while mentoring the marketing team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in marketing, preferably in beauty or retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or retail.
• Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and branding.
