Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as GM of a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Minimum 10 years total in the 5-star hotel or resort industry, with leadership roles.
• Proven track record of exceeding financial targets and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing large budgets and complex operations.
• International hotel experience is a significant advantage.
• Ability to deploy at short notice preferred.
