Job summary

Hilton Salwa is seeking a Sales Manager Leisure to grow group and leisure bookings across assigned market segments in Kuwait. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build strong client relationships, and craft targeted strategies to maximize room revenue.

Fluent in Russian is required for this role, and you will coordinate with the Commercial team to secure contracts, arrange site visits, and ensure accurate account management in the hotel’s systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads to drive group sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts to grow revenue.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create business plans and marketing initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
• Manage booking details: coordinate requirements and entry of information in the hotel’s sales management system.
