Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Meet and exceed sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
