Job summary

Calvin James Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead Kuwait distribution operations and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient storage, handling and distribution of goods with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

You will supervise inventory control, shipping/receiving, and staff, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise layout and reduce costs. This role requires proficiency in planning, leadership, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in warehousing.
• Excellent experience in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control to ensure stock levels are maintained and accurate.
• Hire, train and manage warehouse staff, including loaders, clerks and supervisors.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and receiving.
• Plan and optimise the warehouse layout to maximise space and efficiency.
• Track KPIs, including order accuracy, shipping times and inventory turnover.
