Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale remediation initiatives in Ahmadi, Kuwait. You will oversee contaminated-land projects, drive delivery strategy, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to achieve outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in soil remediation, engineering delivery, and effective stakeholder engagement within oil, gas or petrochemical contexts. Knowledge of Kuwaiti markets is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage contaminated-land/remediation projects.
• Experience in engineering delivery and lifecycle project management.
• Strong understanding of soil remediation technologies and strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management, coordination and oversight of assigned remediation projects.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and contractor performance.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies for remediation areas and work packages.
• Oversee site characterization, excavation, segregation, handling, transport, treatment and close-out activities.
• Manage specialist remediation contractors and service providers for the Client.
• Ensure activities meet safety, schedule, budget and environmental requirements.
• Provide accurate reporting on status, quantities, costs and forecasts.
