Job summary

Fortinet seeks a Systems Engineer in Kuwait to support the sales team across pre-sales, sales calls and post-sales, collaborating with a sales partner to deliver secure networking solutions for Enterprise customers. You will lead technical aspects of sales cycles, respond to RFIs and RFPs, and demonstrate Fortinet products to clients.

Qualifications

• Security technology aptitude with encryption and authentication knowledge.
• Experience as a pre-sales engineer managing end-to-end deals.
• Ability to communicate technically to diverse external and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of RADIUS, PKI, IPSEC, SSL and related network security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle for Enterprise customers from RFIs to RFQs.
• Listen to customer requirements and design solutions that outperform competitors.
• Be the primary technical contact for customers and partners in collaboration with the sales partner.
• Maintain up-to-date Fortinet product knowledge and understand the competitive landscape.
• Position Fortinet solutions remotely or in person with strong presentation skills.
• Manage multiple deals and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keep accurate CRM data for customers and prospects in Salesforce.
