Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in Kuwait seeks a Systems Engineer specialized in OT/Cyber to support the sales team across the Kuwait region. You will drive technical discussions, shape solutions for OT security needs, and lead POCs with customers and partners, both remotely and on-site.

You will be the main technical liaison, ensuring Fortinet products meet client requirements while staying ahead of competitors, and you will keep CRM records up to date and coordinated with sales colleagues.

Qualifications

• OT/Cyber security expertise with ability to translate technical needs into solutions.
• Experience supporting sales teams in pre-sales and post-sales technical matters.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle from RFIs to RFPs/RFQs.
• Act as primary technical contact for customers and partners with sales.
• Support POCs and collaborate with internal teams and partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and account records (Salesforce).
• Continuously update knowledge of Fortinet OT solutions and competitive landscape.
