Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. in Kuwait seeks a Supply Support Specialist to assist receiving and issuing supplies and to maintain MSRA for Battalion units. You will use GCSS-A and DoD processes to issue materials, audit trails, and ensure proper documentation.

The role requires adherence to AR 735-5, DoD supply regulations, and the ability to perform monthly reconciliations and inventories. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Knowledge of Army supply regulations and procedures.
• Experience with property accountability and reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office and STAMIS systems (PBUSE/GCSS-A).
• Certification in GCSS-Army or PBUSE training preferred.
• DoD 8570-1 Security+ certification (desired).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile Army property books and MSRA for battalion level.
• Process supply requests through STAMIS and DoD systems.
• Verify NSN, LIN, and nomenclature prior to issuing equipment.
• Coordinate with PBO and SSA for shipments and inventories.
• Support physical inventories and sensitive item rosters.
• Ensure documentation meets ARIMS and regulatory policies.
