Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is seeking a Supply Support Specialist in Kuwait to manage and update MSRA and battalion property books, ensuring compliance with Army accountability procedures.

You will process supply requests through GCSS-A and PBUSE, verify NSN/ LIN, prepare ARIMS compliant documents, and support daily inventories for proper asset management. The role requires knowledge of AR 735-5, HAZMAT handling, and strong accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Army supply regulations and accountability procedures.
• Experience with GCSS-A, PBUSE, DoD E-MALL, AEPS, and DoD systems.
• Ability to verify NSN, LIN, serials and nomenclature before issuing property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MSRA and property books per ARs and policy.
• Process and track supply requests through PBUSE/GCSS-A.
• Verify ship-to data, DODAAC, UIC, and recipient address.
• Support physical inventories and hand receipts reconciliations.
• Prepare documentation IAW ARIMS and regulatory policies.
• Assist with accountability for sensitive items and HAZMAT per regulations.
