Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical / B.Tech required.
• 5-8 years in elevator/escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator systems and components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair techniques.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned adjustments, repairs, and maintenance for elevator systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational faults to restore equipment.
• Attend call-backs promptly and perform root-cause analysis to reduce repeats.
• Identify safety concerns and report deficiencies during inspections and maintenance.
• Coordinate with line operators and support teams to meet service levels.
• Provide clear technical findings and recommendations to support T-Lead generation and quotations.
• Guide junior mechanics and maintain accurate service documentation.
