Job summary

A leading agriculture firm in Kuwait is looking for an IT support specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure efficient IT operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service requests, and supporting user onboarding. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of Windows OS. Fluency in English and experience in a GCC environment are preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Fluency in English is required, Hindi language is a plus.
• Experience in a GCC environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user devices and standard applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure endpoint security policies and updates are applied.
• Prepare and configure devices for new users (onboarding).
• Maintain documentation and prepare periodic IT reports.
