Job summary

Faisal Trade Impex Corp. is seeking an Hotel Systems IT Infrastructure Support to maintain and support our hospitality IT infrastructure in Kuwait. The role covers Opera PMS (Cloud), POS, guest Wi-Fi, CCTV and access control, plus overall network, hardware and software management.

You will also handle IT documentation and ensure ongoing security and server maintenance across facilities. Competitive salary and visa/work arrangements are provided.

Qualifications

• Opera PMS (Cloud) experience required.
• POS experience required.
• Guest Wi-Fi, CCTV and access control knowledge.
• Network, hardware & software knowledge.
• IT documentation skills.
• Security & server maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Opera PMS (Cloud) systems.
• Maintain POS terminals and related hardware.
• Monitor guest Wi-Fi, CCTV and access control systems.
• Oversee network, hardware and software infrastructure.
• Keep IT documentation up to date.
• Ensure security and server maintenance tasks are performed.
