Job summary

Hilton in Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to oversee building systems, lead a high-performing maintenance team, and ensure every guest experiences exceptional safety and reliability.

You will assist the Chief Engineer with daily operations, prioritise tasks, monitor KPIs, coordinate safety inspections, manage contractors, and drive energy efficiency initiatives across the property to reduce costs and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to implement safety and compliance programs.
• Experience in energy-conservation initiatives.
• Vendor and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities
