Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Baker or similar in a high-volume bakery.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient measurements, and recipe development.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of bakers, including training and scheduling.
• Create production schedules to ensure timely delivery of fresh products.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain and ensure proper equipment functioning.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Develop new recipes and update existing ones.
