As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery's operations, including creating and developing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative flair, along with strong leadership skills.
