Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ head baker or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Creative mindset to develop unique recipes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of bakers including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Develop new recipes for breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods.
• Ensure all products are made according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Train staff on proper baking techniques and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with management on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt recipes accordingly.
