We are a well-established bakery in Al Ahmadi, seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to oversee our production and ensure the highest quality of our baked goods. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for managing a team of bakers and ensuring that all products are prepared and presented according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of bakers, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of fresh products.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery at all times.
• Develop new recipes and update existing ones to meet customer demands.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain records of compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a high-volume bakery setting.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient measurements, and recipe development.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations.
• Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet in a hot environment.
