Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a baker in a commercial bakery setting.
• Strong leadership and staff-mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Malayalam a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the bakery's operations, including production, quality control, and staff management.
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure that all baked goods are consistently produced to meet our high standards.
• Train and mentor junior bakers and other staff members.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
