InterContinental Hotels Group's Crowne Plaza Kuwait Al Thuraya City is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to oversee guest service and front office operations in Kuwait City. You will inspect cleanliness of entrances and public areas, review VIP arrivals, and ensure the city-ledger invoices are properly backed up.

You will conduct daily courtesy calls, encourage guest reviews, upsell late check-out, train Front Office colleagues, and monitor staff grooming and hygiene to uphold brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Inspect entrance and public areas for cleanliness and readiness.
• Review VIP in-house guests list and VIP room allocations.
• Conduct minimum daily courtesy calls and log feedback.
• Upsell late checkout and ensure accurate billing and discounts.
• Train Front Office staff and ensure adherence to Credit Authorization Policy.
• Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and conduct to uphold brand standards.
• Support Front Office and other departments during peak periods.
• Ensure guest feedback is logged and communicated before shift turnover.
