Job summary

Oryx Ltd. is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the full deal cycle across real estate, private equity, public markets, and alternatives. You will source, diligence, execute, monitor, and help exit opportunities, with a global mandate focused on the USA and GCC.

Reporting to the Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager, you will build financial models, prepare memoranda, and surface insights to inform investment decisions, while coordinating with external advisors and co-investors.

Qualifications

• Solid financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, PitchBook or Capital IQ.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and valuation analyses for deals across DCF, IRR, NPV, and comps.
• Prepare memoranda with clear risk-return framing, geographic context, and a recommendation for the Managing Partner.
• Evaluate offering memoranda, pitchbooks, business plans, and related transaction documentation.
• Analyze company and asset performance on both an absolute and relative basis.
• Synthesize publicly available data on deals, sectors, and real estate assets to support investment views.
