The incumbent will gather data from diverse sources, evaluate information, and deliver clear reports on opportunities, risks, and expected returns to guide the portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• Produced detailed financial models and investment write-ups, aligned with Al Tijaria’s strategy and objectives.
• Conduct thorough market surveys and industry research to support investment decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive market research findings and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from public and private sources for market surveys and third-party data.
• Analyze and evaluate collected information to derive actionable insights.
• Prepare reports on market research findings and analysis for decision-makers.
• Prepare full due diligence covering macro, micro and operational levels for proposed investments and provide final recommendations.
• Gather data on Al Tijaria / Subsidiaries’ securities and analyze performance and risks.
• Calculate actual and expected returns and portfolio risk, supported by variance analysis, and report findings to the Board.
• Incorporate Board feedback into strategic direction and prepare requisites for discussions with Board representatives.
• Identify underperforming investments not aligned with long-term strategy and analyze exit options.
• Follow up and update comprehensive investment reports regularly.
