Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a female-focused part-time banquet server to support event setups, food and beverage service, and guest experiences. You must hold a current Kuwait employment status with a sponsor and be able to obtain an NOC for part-time work, and be available for up to 24 hours per week.

Prior hospitality, banquet service, or F&B experience is preferred. The role offers flexible shifts within a luxury hotel environment and competitive hourly compensation.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet venues, tables, and service stations according to event requirements.
• Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests during events.
• Ensure guest needs are attended to promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist with event breakdown and proper storage of equipment and supplies.
• Follow Four Seasons service standards, health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You Will Do

• Set up banquet venues, tables, and service stations according to event requirements.

Requirements

• Currently employed in Kuwait.
• Holding a valid work visa sponsored by your current employer.
• Must be able to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer permitting part-time work.
• Available to work up to 24 hours per week.
• Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or banquet service experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
• Due to the nature of the role and operational requirements, we are specifically seeking female candidates for this position.
