Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations at our Kuwait City property. You will supervise staff, inspect rooms, and coordinate service requests to uphold our luxury standards.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Supervise and support the day to day housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel quality standards.
• Coordinate guest and internal service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow up.
• Assist with departmental administration, scheduling, reporting, and record keeping.
• Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt action.
• Support inventory management, including housekeeping supplies, linens, and operating equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping and service pantries.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting teamwork and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and take ownership of service recovery when needed.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, health and safety practices, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
