Four Seasons Kuwait City invites experienced hospitality professionals to join our Li Beirut restaurant team. The role requires leadership to train, evaluate, plan schedules and manage dining operations with attention to service standards.

You will supervise staff, control labor costs, ensure guest satisfaction and coordinate with departments. English and Arabic fluency, 3+ years in a luxury hotel or high-end Lebanese dining environment are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel or high-end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
• Fluent English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Select, train, evaluate, plan schedules and ensure high employee performance, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in Li Beirut Restaurant.
• Manage the Restaurant Dining operation and Private Bar activities and staff.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing and inventory/Cash control.
• Be visible in the operation, recognize and promote good PR, handle guest requests and complaints.
• Attend regular operational meetings to coordinate between departments.

What You Will Do

• Select, train, evaluate, plan schedules and ensure high employee performance, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's Li Beirut (authentic Lebanese cuisine) Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
• Manage the Restaurant Dining operation as well as the Private Bar activities and its respective employees.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
• Must have fluent level of English & Arabic languages both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
