Responsibilities include leading front-of-house staff, coordinating kitchen-service flow, managing reservations, and maintaining hygiene and cost controls while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest etiquette.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Deliver outstanding guest experience and handle complaints with professionalism.
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house service team.
