Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in upscale restaurant management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management acceptable with relevant experience.
• Certifications in Food Safety HACCP or Restaurant Operations desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Arabic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff across departments.
• Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards in service and food quality.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
