Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years in real estate facility maintenance.
• Understanding of the Kuwait real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct civil condition assessments and feasibility studies.
• Develop civil designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
