Job summary

V2X Inc in Kuwait City is seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead a secure, compliant workplace. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of facilities maintenance experience with 3-5 years working with Johnson Controls Metasys Building Management Systems.
• 5-7 years of experience planning, laying out, and installing electrical distribution in accordance with the NEC.
• Knowledge of electrical systems including secondary distribution and interior systems.
• Strong knowledge in a skilled trade (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• US Citizenship and Security clearance or higher required.

• Monitor operations of the Facilities Maintenance staff; prepare daily/monthly schedules.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Conduct training on life, safety, health and other programs.
• Provide reports on life, safety, health, quality, and maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience:
  • 7-10 years of facilities maintenance experience with 3-5 years working with Johnson Controls Metasys Building Management Systems
  • 5-7 years of experience planning, laying out, and installing electrical distribution in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems including secondary distribution and interior systems
  • Hands-on experience with electrical circuits, power cables, controls, motor, etc.
  • Ability to read blueprints, single-line diagrams, and rough shop drawings
  • Must possess strong knowledge in a skilled trade (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
  • Requires ability to analyze the operation of various infrastructure systems, determine the cause of problems/malfunctions, and take corrective actions as required
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army Safety Guidelines and OSHA Standards.

• Working Conditions:

Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
