Job summary

V2X seeks a Facilities Maintenance & Repair Supervisor to manage daily operations at the Main Communications Facility in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. You will guide maintenance staff, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with the PWS for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and security systems.

Responsibilities include scheduling, life/safety training, record-keeping, and reporting. U.S. citizenship and a security clearance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years facilities maintenance experience with 3–5 years with Metasys BMS.
• 5–7 years electrical distribution experience per NEC.
• Strong knowledge in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• reads blueprints & diagrams; supports safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure workplace.

• Coordinate with ASG-KU DPW and Communications Battalion.
• Oversee subcontractors; manage HR; foster fair and ethical environment.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure PWS compliance.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Prioritize and assign maintenance work.
• Maintain records and training on safety and health programs.
• Report on life, safety, health, quality, and maintenance issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
