Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
Culinary degree or equivalent training from a reputable institution preferred.
Strong knowledge of cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage staff effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menu items that appeal to customers' tastes.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
