You will drive food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction while overseeing cost control, menu engineering, purchasing and team development in a high-profile launch.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in premium Italian dining, luxury hospitality, and a hands-on management style with a passion for culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or head culinary leader in premium Italian dining or luxury hotel concepts.
• Strong background in opening or pre-opening new restaurants with successful launches.
• Deep knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, ingredients, and regional traditions.

Responsibilities

• Direct culinary direction and kitchen operations to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Lead, develop and motivate a diverse kitchen team while maintaining cost controls.
• Partner with management to deliver guest satisfaction and an outstanding dining experience from day one.
• Oversee menu engineering, purchasing, and food cost management to optimize profitability.
