COREcruitment Ltd in Kuwait is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of a prestigious new Italian restaurant opening in Kuwait City.

You will shape the kitchen brigade, set premium standards, and deliver an outstanding Italian dining experience from day one. The ideal candidate has premium Italian cuisine background and a proven track record in launching high-profile restaurant projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in premium Italian venues.
• Extensive knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, ingredients, regions and techniques.
• Experience opening new restaurants or leading major pre-opening projects.
• Strong track record in kitchen leadership, team development and financial management.
• Excellent understanding of food cost control, menu engineering, purchasing and operations.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse, multicultural team.
• Hands-on leadership, attention to detail and culinary excellence.
• International hospitality experience; Middle East experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• As Executive Chef, you will take full responsibility for the culinary direction, operational performance and development of the kitchen team.
• Working closely with senior management, you will bring the restaurant’s culinary vision to life while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the kitchen brigade, mentor staff, and ensure consistent execution of premium Italian menus.
• Oversee menu engineering, cost control, purchasing and supplier relations to maximise profitability.
• Drive pre-opening activities and lead efficient training and onboarding for new hires.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and guest-centric service.
