Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of a prestigious new Italian dining concept. You will build and coach a high-performing team, establish service standards and deliver an outstanding guest experience from day one.

The role requires a proven track record in premium Italian or Mediterranean dining, strong commercial acumen, and the hands-on leadership needed to manage budgets, labour, costs and guest

Qualifications

• Proven GM or senior operations leader in premium Italian or Mediterranean restaurants.
• Strong track record launching or pre-opening new restaurants.
• Exceptional leadership to recruit and develop a diverse team.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and profitability.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Fluent English; Italian language preferred.
