Saint-Gobain Group is seeking a proactive EHS professional in Kuwait City to manage and drive our environmental, health, and safety program. Responsible for implementing policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

You will lead incident investigations, organize training, and coordinate with senior management on safety performance and emergency response planning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in a similar EHS role.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
• Good problem solving, decision-making and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, oversee and implement EHS activities to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Develop, update and enforce EHS policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly EHS reports for management.
• Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain risk register and safety documentation.
• Organize 5S implementation and awareness campaigns.
• Investigate accidents and unsafe conditions and prepare root-cause analyses.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and training sessions.
