Job summary

KBR, Inc. is recruiting an HSE Supervisor with oil and gas or power generation experience to support a 5-year PMC contract for Kuwait Oil Company. The role centers on identifying and controlling HSE issues on construction sites and coordinating safety programs across EPC teams to meet KOC policies and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Engineering or a B.Sc. degree, plus IOSH/NEBOSH certification and a strong post-graduation HSE background in Oil & Gas.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or a B.Sc. degree.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification with 15+ years total experience.
• Minimum 5 years in HSE supervisory roles in Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and control HSE issues on construction sites.
• Monitor EPC contractor HSE systems and advise managers to ensure compliant safety practices.
• Interpret KOC policies to EPC management on HSE requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait legislation and dissemination of amendments.
• Develop relationships with KOC and regulatory bodies to promote HSE.
• Visit sites regularly to conduct safety talks and trainings.
