Job summary

National Contracting Company in Kuwait is seeking an HR support professional to serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and to provide day-to-day HR assistance. The role handles leave, attendance, overtime, and onboarding activities, while coordinating settlements and exit processes with project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply and Kuwaiti nationals preferred. SAP ERP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Handle employee leave, attendance, and overtime administration according to policies.
• Prepare employment documents such as contracts, letters, and certificates.
• Support payroll by validating attendance records and timesheets.
• Coordinate onboarding and separation activities, including exit interviews and settlements.
• Assist with employee grievances and disciplinary matters with supervisors.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.
