Job summary

Nasoft is seeking an HR Generalist in Kuwait to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, disciplinary actions, and HR reporting. The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience and a solid understanding of Kuwait Labor Law.

The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process, maintain records, ensure payroll accuracy, and help implement HR policies while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
• Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and HR compliance.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and timely payments.
• Manage employee disciplinary actions per policies and regulations.
• Monitor attendance, leaves and HR data for reporting.

Nasoft is hiring an HR Generalist on behalf of one of our clients, a leading e-commerce brand in Kuwait.

We are looking for an HR professional who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, employee disciplinary actions, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
• Manage and document employee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee-related data.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide accurate employee data and insights to management.
• Support employees with HR-related inquiries and requests.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Previous experience in Kuwait or the GCC is highly preferred.
