Qualifications

• Bachelor-level marketing or related degree.
• 6–8 years of progressive marketing experience, 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong retail, FMCG or e-commerce background with Kuwait exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing strategy, budget and activation plan aligned with sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain Panda Market Kuwait brand identity across stores and digital channels.
• Plan promotions, in-store activation and supplier campaigns with timely execution.
• Lead digital marketing across social, paid media and email with measurable results.
• Design loyalty and customer retention initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Coordinate online and delivery-channel marketing, ensuring consistent pricing and experience.
• Build partnerships, plan events, sponsorships and PR activities.
• Manage budget, KPIs and post-campaign evaluations for optimization.
• Lead and develop the marketing team and cross-functional collaboration.
