Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience in Water Desalination and EPC Projects.
• Proven Site Project Management experience in water desalination projects.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred; Kuwait-based with transferability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site-based activities for water desalination EPC projects.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and other site activities.
• Monitor execution against schedules, specs, and requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams.
• Manage site resources and activities effectively.
• Monitor progress and identify potential technical or execution issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support resolution of site-related technical and project management issues.
• Ensure activities comply with quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare and review progress reports and documentation.
• Maintain effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
