Job summary

Penspen is seeking a senior Site Engineer to lead the project site team in Kuwait. The role focuses on establishing the field office and implementing PMC procedures to coordinate between client site personnel and the PC contractor.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers to monitor and support the PC Contractor, ensuring activities align with design specs while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in construction industry
• At least 5 years in a similar position

About the job:

Responsible for the project site team management. Establish the project field office and implement PMC project procedures for interfacing between the client site personnel and the PC contractor.

He shall manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers who shall monitor and support the PC Contractor in order to ensure construction activities are carried out without damage to personnel, equipment or the environment. The site Engineer shall be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed in accordance with the design and meets design specifications.

The candidate shall have good multi-discipline construction industry experience gained over a period of not less than 15 years, of which 5 years must have been in a similar position. Reports directly to the PMC PM.

The job location will be based onAl-kuwait - the preferred candidates must be located in Al-kuwait.
