Penspen is seeking a senior Site Engineer to lead the project site team in Kuwait. The role focuses on establishing the field office and implementing PMC procedures to coordinate between client site personnel and the PC contractor.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers to monitor and support the PC Contractor, ensuring activities align with design specs while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in construction industry
• At least 5 years in a similar position

Responsibilities

• Lead the project site team and implement PMC procedures for interfacing between client site personnel and the PC contractor.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with the design and meet design specifications and safety/environmental standards.
