KBR, Inc. is seeking a Lead Construction Engineer – Civil/Structural (Marine) to monitor the EPC contractor on the KNPC Kuwait project. The role involves review of deliverables, construction progress oversight, and coordination with KNPC and KBR teams at Kuwait sites.
Based in Kuwait, the incumbent will operate from the KBR Kuwait office during engineering and be deployed to KNPC site offices during the construction stage, reporting to KNPC/KBR PMs and integrating into the PMC team.

The project assigned to contractor is to design and build an Oil Pier New Arm Facility in Kuwait. It consists of approach trestle, loading platform, control tower building, O&M building, packaged substation, loading arm & control system, access platforms, mooring dolphins, and breasting dolphins.
The Lead Construction Engineer – Civil/Structural (Marine) will be assigned in KNPC Kuwait site office during the construction stage. Prior to this assignment, he will be assigned in KBR Kuwait office during the on-going engineering stage with the main responsibility to review EPC Contractor’s deliverables from the perspective of construction methodology.
